The $400 pet accommodation fee is a non-refundable fee that will not be used to cover the costs of damage caused by the pet. The Apartments at PineBrook accepts two dogs or two cats or one dog and one cat per apartment. No aggressive breeds to include (but are not limited to) Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Chows and Dobermans.
